Between drawing up designs, asking our friends for feedback and just being our own worst critics, it seems like we've been waiting to drop this lineup for awhile. dope.'s Winter '11 draws inspiration from the nostalgia of school days; the days where we made our first friends, competed to excel, and learned life's first lessons. We've continued to explore the cut-&-sewn realm with the baseball satin jackets, beanies and crowd favorite, College crewneck. Hopefully you guys appreciate the time and attention to detail paid on each. Releasing at midnight on Black Friday, November 25th.

Becoming Home Exhibition: Mariana Sheppard & Nakeya Brown
Emerging photographers, Mariana Sheppard and Nakeya Brown, will be exhibiting a new collection of photographs with Becoming Home . The exhibition features 30 photographs that aim to celebrate the often overlooked African American members of the community that has built, cultivated, and continues to maintain the grandeur along Louisiana's River Road. Becoming Home opens Saturday, December 10, 2011 from 6pm to 9pm at the McKenna Museum of African American Art.

dope. was on the scene this past Saturday, for Dee-1's "Writer's Block!" video shoot; his next single from the I Hope They Hear Me, Vol. 2 mixtape. Friends and fans alike came out for it and with Bmike behind the lens, I'm already looking forward to seeing the final product.
