The Pusha has set a goal to complete the 2011 Forge Trail Series. The series is throughout Louisiana and consist of 4 races between 5 and 6 miles in length. He’s joined a running club, participated in a few races, and has recently started training with Geaux CrossFit to strengthen his legs. From what I’ve read, it’s a pretty rigorous workout that incorporates weightlifting, sprinting and gymnastics. Makes me tired to even think about, but here’s his most recent video in action.
