Delivery information
Orders are generally shipped out within 1-2 business days after placing your order. Shipping notifications are sent via email after package is shipped with tracking to the email address used with the order. Transit days are Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. USPS may deliver on Saturdays. International orders should be received within 5-10 business days.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email after purchase?
Confirmation emails are sent automatically once your order is placed. If you haven’t received a confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase, please let us know at shipping@thedopegame.com.

Returns
Purchased items are determined non-returnable if worn and washed, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from dope., you may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return dope. address below. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for an exchange, refund, or credit towards another purchase.
